The PISTE European Policy Brief focuses on how Small- and Medium-Sized Towns can enhance the civic and political participation of people with immigrant background at the local level. It is based on the field research within the municipalities that are partner of the project in Belgium, Germany, Greece and Italy and on an extensive desktop research on most used tools for the participation of people with immigrant background, always keeping in mind the specific characteristics of Small- and Medium-Sized Towns.
